SCOPE: Design the common spaces in The Halcyon hotel. “Living Room” lobby, “Kitchen” reception/check-in desk, “Garage” bike rental, finishes and specifications of common spaces and model rooms
ROLE: Concept development, photoshop renderings, developing concept layouts, presentations to client, space planning, construction documents, managing client and consultant correspondence, FF&E selections and specifications, budgets, material palettes
