SCOPE: Design a 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant from an old auto body shop, including main dining area, bar, chef’s bar, walk-in salumi room, private dining room, finishes and details, plus custom wallpaper for entry, private dining room, and restrooms.
ROLE: Concept & development design, photoshop renderings, concept layouts, presentations, space planning, construction documents, managing client and consultant correspondence, CA, FF&E selections and specifications, budgets, sourcing vintage pieces and artifacts
